March 2010—A storage facility in Newark, NJ
Lightning Lift Products has completed a
seven story, 10,000 lb., 10ft. x 12ft. freight lift in a shaftway of a
fine art storage facility. We coordinated our installation with the
concrete contractor, architects, building owners, and tenants to
complete the installation on time and on budget. Permits were acquired
from the city of Newark. The machine was then turned over to the owner.
January 2010—PECO
We are pleased to announce
our completion of a new freight lift, on time and on budget at PECO
Energy in West Conshohocken, PA. PECO contacted us about wanting to move
heavy drums & various materials from one level to another. They needed
an outdoor lift that offered great features. For the various weather
conditions, it had to be cost effective and easy to maintain. We, of
course were able to help by offering a Pflow “M” Series Freight Lift.
Our installation department aided PECO in their need for a few special
application features installed as it progressed. The customer is very
happy with the lift—another great job for Lightning Lift Products. PA
permits were obtained and approved by the state.
November 2009
A leading pharmaceutical
manufacturer and distributor in the South Jersey area wanted a secure
and safe way to move pharmaceuticals and medications from floor to
floor. The lift needed to have extra safety and security features.
Lighting Lift Products was able to help. We offered them a Pflow 21
Series Freight Lift, including design & fabrication of the special
security and safety features they requested. The freight lift was
installed complete with concrete and building alterations, on time, on
budget, and worked perfectly. All safety and operation training was
completed and the freight lift was turned over to the owner.
National Gallery of Art—Washington, D.C.
Lightning Lift Products worked side by side with the architect Ewing
Cole; Grunley Walsh, the contractor; and the Gallery to get this
application right from start to finish. We provided every component by
supplying and installing this freight lift in the precise location deep
in the lower vault below the Gallery. Lightning Lift Products supplied
them with a Pflow Series 21 Freight Lift, a great choice for the freight
lift application. The machine was installed through the gallery and down
the elevator. Start up was on time and on budget. Safety and operation
training was completed and machine was turned over to the owner.
